Peco’s Liquors Beverage Planning Guide

No one knows your guests and their preferences better then you, no two wedding orders look the same.  It is helpful however to use this guide to help in your planning.  To determine the amount of product you will need, assume that your guests will have 2 drinks the first hour of the reception and onedrink for each additional hour.

One drink is, 12 oz of beer, 5 oz of wine, and 1.5 oz of liquor
